Who we are looking for:

The Sr Transportation Specialist - Dispatch Operations manages dispatch tasks, coordinates transport orders, resolves logistical issues, and ensures smooth operations of the ACV Transportation product. This role collaborates with carriers, customers, and internal teams, performing duties independently.

What you will do:

• Support efforts to improve customer experience
• Handle inquiries, coordinate transactions, and communicate effectively with customers and carriers
• Prioritize and process transport transactions, assign dispatch jobs, and assess needs
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Resolve complex issues using established processes and provide guidance to junior team members
• Ensure accurate record entry in Salesforce and other systems
• Collaborate with leadership to set objectives and monitor dispatch activities
• Maintain compliance and review records for accuracy
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate on process enhancements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What you will need:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, transportation, supply chain, or logistics
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and motivation
• Experience with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Salesforce

Compensation: $25.00 per hour. Final salary depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
