Job summary

Ripple Effect Consulting LLC is seeking a Remote Senior PLS-CADD Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high-voltage infrastructure that powers communities, supports renewable integration, and strengthens grid reliability. The ideal candidate will personally perform and review complex transmission line design work while serving as the technical lead for a team.

Experience with sag-tension analysis, structure loading, plan & profile, and construction packages is preferred; utilities

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of transmission line engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Deep, hands-on PLS-CADD experience.
• Experience with PLS-POLE and ideally PLS-TOWER.
