What this Job Involves: Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. The Senior Transaction Manager will join the New York Accounts team, supporting a multinational investment bank and financial services company as a key account. This role involves managing and executing complex lease and/or capital transactions while fostering client relationships and driving business growth. The position is responsible for overseeing regular reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts, memoranda documenting significant client issues, and strategic planning. The Senior Transaction Manager will work primarily in a leadership capacity on complex projects, functioning either independently or as part of a team, and will supervise the workload of Analysts and potentially other Transaction Managers. Additional responsibilities include directing special projects and assignments as needed. The ideal candidate will manage and collaborate with professionals across various disciplines and business units, demonstrating experience in successfully managing complex projects to completion, thinking strategically, acting proactively, fostering growth of junior talent and building strong client trust and confidence.
