What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Training and Education team to create educational materials and curricula plans
- Lead and facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions for customers and associates
- Engage in readiness activities for upcoming product releases and assess workflow impacts
- Develop and maintain instructor-led course materials and ensure training delivery effectiveness
- Continuously improve knowledge in education/learning tools and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy automation and healthcare technology
- Demonstrated experience training participants from diverse technical, clinical, and biomedical backgrounds
- Strong decision-making and time management skills to meet defined deliverables
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and educational materials
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old
