Training Specialist for Airtable Consultancy

We’re looking for aTraining Specialistwho loves building structured, engaging, and effective training experiences. You’ll work across both internal teams and external clients, creating resources that empower users to get the most out of our Airtable builds.

This is a remote contract position with potential for long-term work as we continue to grow our training department.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop training materials, including:
• Loom videos
• Airtable-based modules
• Job aids and documentation
• Deliver live training sessions for both internal staff and client teams
• Collaborate with Airtable developers and key stakeholders to gather content and identify training needs
• Support onboarding for new team members and clients
• Track training progress and adjust materials based on feedback

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable
• Strong communication and instructional design skills
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple projects
• Airtable certifications (preferred)
• Bonus if you have experience in SaaS or consulting environments
