Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. TPM to coordinate cross-org programs within Off-Amazon Shopping. You will drive alignment across OAS and partner orgs, define priorities from customer needs, and ensure timely delivery with engineering engagement and scalable planning mechanisms.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to shape architecture and reduce ambiguity, delivering high-quality results on complex multi-team initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

Off-Amazon Shopping (OAS) is redefining how Amazon acquires, understands, and serves products from across the internet on Amazon's surfaces. We power the experiences that bridge OAS merchants and Amazon shoppers - enabling seamless product ingestion into the Amazon catalog, product discovery, checkout, and order tracking for shoppers, and building tools for merchant onboarding and business management on Amazon.

We are looking for a Sr. TPM to drive projects that make this possible. You will coordinate across a complex multi-org program while engaging deeply with the technology, shaping decisions, resolving ambiguity early, and building mechanisms that let the org move fast without breaking quality.

Key job responsibilities
