An experienced Test Engineer that supports all aspects of Analog design and test (transformers, power supplies, chokes, coils, and reactors) as a member of a multi-disciplined engineering team. The successful candidate will possess technical ability in the development and design of verification test capabilities. He / She will also possess expertise in the specification, development, and troubleshooting of the associated test equipment. This includes supporting multiple military programs. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized, self-starting, multi-tasker, and team effectively with other test engineers and integrated product team members.
What You Will Do
Manage small projects / processes, works with limited oversight from leadership, trains and assists lower-level professionals and influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Performs a wide variety of technical efforts including processes, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs of High Voltage, Oil filled, and Encapsulated products. Performs tests and utilizes various engineering drawings, manuals, and other related documentation in the performance of their tasks.
May also work on Analog, and High Voltage circuits as well. Observes, analyzes, and reports test data.

Must be able to develop Test Processes for various Magnetics products.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
3+ years of experience using a wide variety of electronic Analog, High Voltage, and other electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, and Power Meters.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience/knowledge of mechanical disciplines (welding, machining, hardware, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret drawings to perform measurements and troubleshoot electronic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges.
High Voltage Corona/Partial Discharge testing experience.
Production process experience.
Ability to develop production processes (Detailed Work Instructions)
