Job description

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Remote with travel

Required:
• Technical and management experience (5+ years);
• Experience in PV and Battery power plant performance.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in writing scopes of work and manage Third-party Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)/Consultants.
• Experience with HMI tools such as Ignition
• Experience with data creating analysis tools and scripts using Python, Excel, VBA
• Experience with Microsoft environment: Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, etc.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools

Preferred:
• Experience in PV performance and analysis (4+ years).
• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, VisualBasic.

Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret project contracts (PPA, GIA, EPC, OEM) to extract testing and performance requirements.
• Develop and implement test procedures to meet all contractual performance criteria.
• Collaborate with project and commissioning teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues pre-testing.
• Supervise and direct performance testing of PV and BESS systems.
• Analyze performance data and calculate system availability using SCADA or on-site data.
• Compare measured vs. modeled performance using tools like PVsyst and standards such as ASTM E2848-13.
• Prepare and present performance test reports for various stakeholders, supporting review and revisions.
