Summary
Blue River Technology is developing a first-of-its-kind precision sprayer. At the center of this groundbreaking work is our See & Spray team, and we have an opening for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer. This pivotal addition to the team will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with all engineering groups at Blue River, facilitating holistic mission-critical systems integration work. This role will enable our ability to successfully achieve our product verification and validation goals.
Our ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of bringing teams together by creating consensus and cohesion across multi-disciplinary engineering teams. You’ll have advanced capabilities in gathering and deciphering customer requirements, platform capabilities, product development, and test planning. You will be responsible for developing test strategies and plans that enable the verification and validation of the See & Spray system, working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure proper test execution, and evaluating test results to confirm conformance to technical and product requirements. This will be an exciting opportunity to fully leverage your systems thinking expertise and ability to deliver value-added system integration and test strategy development.

The US annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $199,000, along with eligibility for Blue River’s bonus and benefit programs.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
