Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sr. Territory Manager for our Houston, TX and surrounding territory. This person will be responsible for appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience in Workers’ Compensation, Property / Liability, Commercial Umbrella, and Commercial Auto, with a plus for Professional Liability experience. A keen knowledge of Houston and surrounding territory P&C marketplace is required, including competitive intelligence and familiarity with the independent agency network serving the state. The candidate must be able to work independently (typically from home), be willing to travel frequently throughout the territory, and have excellent organization skills. Proficiency with Windows Office and other basic computer programs is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
