Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in Beauty and Home Care product formulation development, technical service, and performance testing.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer products and commercializing new technologies in a business‑to‑business environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support customer engagement and product commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development and application research initiatives that support Beauty and Home Care growth across North America.
• Provide technical expertise to sales and marketing teams through customer‑focused product development, testing, and application support.
• Serve as the primary formulation scientist and key technical contact for customer projects, ensuring successful execution and commercialization.

You will lead formulation development, influence product strategy, and collaborate with customers across North America to deliver high‑performance solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in Beauty and Home Care product formulation development, technical service, and performance testing.
