A Day in the Life
We are working to improve healthcare worldwide through our Digital Technologies Business Unit, which implements AI, computer vision, and augmented reality in surgical settings. Our Touch Surgery Ecosystem provides a video management and data analytics platform for hospitals, including the DS1 computer, our first OR device, enabling secure access to surgical videos for surgeons, OR teams, and trainees.
The Sr. Technical Services and Ongoing Support Specialist (TSOS) will provide remote and on-site technical support for our custom computing devices, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Responsibilities include supporting the customer journey from pre-sales to post-Go live, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
