A Day in the Life

We are working to improve healthcare worldwide through our Digital Technologies Business Unit, which implements AI, computer vision, and augmented reality in surgical settings. Our Touch Surgery Ecosystem provides a video management and data analytics platform for hospitals, including the DS1 computer, our first OR device, enabling secure access to surgical videos for surgeons, OR teams, and trainees.

The Sr. Technical Services and Ongoing Support Specialist (TSOS) will provide remote and on-site technical support for our custom computing devices, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Responsibilities include supporting the customer journey from pre-sales to post-Go live, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Assist in deploying and maintaining Touch Surgery Enterprise
  • Understand surgical video management systems deeply
  • Serve as the primary contact for live customer issues
  • Design and improve technical support structures
  • Resolve issues promptly through remote or local support
  • Support installation, maintenance, and upgrades onsite
  • Build relationships with sales and implementation teams
  • Provide in-house repair services
  • Offer technical advice and product demonstrations
  • Act as a liaison between sales and customers

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 4 years experience in healthcare technical support, or 2 years with an advanced degree

Preferred Skills

  • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware, with knowledge of network configurations and video technologies
  • Experience with cloud solutions like AWS
  • Strong computer skills, including ERP, Jira, ServiceNow, or ServiceMax
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $84,800 - $127,200. Eligible for incentive plans and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
