The Strategic Initiatives team partners across Lucid’s manufacturing, operations, engineering, and business functions to drive transformation and operational excellence. We lead critical programs that solve process bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions to support the company’s growth.
The Sr. Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex, cross-functional programs that enable Lucid to achieve its operational and business objectives. This role partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and supporting teams to identify root causes of inefficiencies, streamline processes, and align systems and tools to maximize production readiness. You will lead initiatives that improve Lucid’s digital workflows, data integration, and system enhancements, delivering high-impact solutions for production planning, part tracking, operational efficiency, and manufacturing scalability. The position will provide risk tracking, data-driven insights, and clear program visibility for senior leadership to drive informed, timely decisions.
