We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager (Cloud/Data Migrations/EDW) to join our team!

The candidate should have extensive experience in:

• 10+ years managing risks in complex projects
• 5+ years leading multiple, geographically distributed technical teams
• Technical familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise data warehouse concepts, data integration pipelines, and reporting

Project Knowledge

• Experience in EDW, Data Warehouse Migration, or Data Integration projects
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and related technologies

Responsibilities include:

• Providing project and program management for various projects
• Facilitating meetings with clients to gather requirements
• Preparing detailed project plans
• Managing team tasks to meet milestones
• Tracking budgets and project estimates
• Following escalation procedures for risks, issues, and budget concerns
• Preparing weekly status reports
• Managing issues and risks, escalating as needed
• Facilitating status meetings and ensuring team access to technical clarifications
• Enhancing operational efficiencies and removing impediments
• Recommending process improvements and driving alignment across IT teams
• Applying knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
• Understanding iterative and incremental development fundamentals
• Estimating and planning effectively
• Applying Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, etc.
• Prioritizing work and managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Participating in sprint planning and metrics analysis

Other Skills:

• Experience with C-Level presentations and consulting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, passion for Scrum and project management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in client service, consulting, or contracting
• PMP, CSM certifications, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
