What is in it for you?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of data, and the ability to drive business needs and outcomes. This role requires proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and DBT, along with a proven track record in designing and developing data integration solutions.

Responsibilities: -

• Designing Data Warehouses on Snowflake
• Migrating Data Warehouses from legacy systems to modern EDW platforms
• Working with ETL tools like Informatica, Medallion
• Assessing existing analytics/reporting systems including Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Operational Data Store, with Azure experience being a must
• Healthcare experience in Payers and Claims is required
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Recommending and designing cloud data engineering platforms aligned with current needs
• Hands-on work with Informatica / Medallion may be needed
• Recommending, designing, reviewing, and approving Data Models
• Evaluating data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations, and establishing information governance frameworks
• Evaluating non-functional requirements like data storage, retrieval, and system performance
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts
• Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Exhibiting strong communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field

Mandatory Skills: -

• Data Architect experience with Snowflake and Azure
