Our teams of hundreds of scientists, engineers, aerospace professionals, and futurists have been working hard to do just that! We are delivering to customers, and are excited for what’s to come. If you are seeking an iterative environment where you can drive innovation, apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real world delivery challenges, and provide benefits to customers, Prime Air is the place for you.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager who combines superb technical and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. 3. Ensure adherence to standards, such as the Prime Air program's Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and industry standard RCTA-DO178.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  2. 3+ years of software development experience.
  3. 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  4. Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  5. Familiarity with aerospace systems and processes.
  6. 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  7. Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  8. Engineering experience in the development of autonomous or aerospace systems.
  9. Familiarity with RTCA-DO178 standards.
  10. Experience with simulation (software/hardware in-the-loop).
