Location: This position is remote within the United States.

About Program Delivery.

Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together.

Job description.Huge is looking for a Director of Program Delivery to join our team. You will oversee a team of project managers, establish and test ways of working, collaborate with a wide variety of different disciplines and client types, meeting or exceeding deliverable requirements, assessing change and risk management and deliver the best product possible.

What we’d like to see:

  • You have extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
  • You lead strategic discussions & presentations to clients on a regular basis.
  • You have worked in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
  • You have an understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice and AI. You have a strong appreciation for design and user experience.
  • You have experience running large scale integrated marketing campaigns for top brands.
  • Must have knowledge of banner and video production process.You consider yourself a generalist and someone that can jump into many different categories of work and deliver.
  • You are a leader, mentor and motivator for your team to perform the best results.
  • You represent program management at the office leadership level and take on more responsibility for department leadership and mentorship.
  • You have a strong appreciation for design and user experience.

What you’ll be doing.

  • You will meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams.
  • As a mentor and manager of fellow employees, can both lead by example and also take an active interest in fostering the talents of those working under you.
  • You will manage and set client expectations, making sure everyone from clients to internal team members are satisfied.
  • You will manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams as well as command project management processes and methodologies.
  • You will focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams, and also the program as a whole.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
