This role is the single-threaded owner of factory layout and material flow design across AWS rack fulfillment manufacturing sites. You will work at the intersection of capacity planning, automation engineering, construction, and operations — spanning EC2, Machine Learning, and Storage hardware platforms in AWS manufacturing. Your work directly enables AWS to meet datacenter capacity commitments by ensuring manufacturing infrastructure scales efficiently, reliably, and repeatably across a global site network. Possessing strong leadership, influencing skills, and technical depth are critical elements of success for this role. This leader will establish manufacturing standards and publish process control guidelines to assure flawless ramp into volume manufacturing.
