Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Program Manager, AI Enablement for Enterprise drives execution of enterprise‑wide AI enablement programs, ensuring initiatives move from concept to production with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. This role is the operational backbone of the Chief AI Simplification and Transformation Officer’s enterprise agenda – coordinating across engineering, product, and business teams to keep multi‑workstream AI programs on track.

Essential Responsibilities

• Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer‑based system from design to release for customers.
• Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
• Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
• Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
• Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Chief AI Officer, transformation office, or similar enterprise strategy function.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification.

Compensation and Benefits

• Primary Location – San Jose, California: ($176,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually)
• Additional Location(s) – No other locations are assigned to this requisition currently.
• Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
