Amazon Advertising seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the AI core infrastructure. The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs for Amazon Ads' AI infrastructure core services that accelerate agentic AI development. This role requires deep technical knowledge in AI/ML systems, AWS technologies, distributed infrastructure, and agentic frameworks, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams building foundational services that enable product teams to ship agents in weeks instead of months. As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing agentic AI core infra product roadmap, driving agent builder adoption through seamless onboarding experiences, influencing technical and business stakeholders across Ads organizations, and ensuring the core services scales to support multi-agent workflows, stateful runtime, and production-grade reliability for advertiser-facing and internal agents.

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• 8+ years of hands‑on work managing complex technology projects experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
