  • Translates product, architecture, and technology roadmaps into integrated program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and release targets.
  • Facilitates program operating rhythms, including planning sessions, dependency reviews, risk discussions, release readiness assessments, and executive updates.
Technical Program Management

  • Identifies, analyzes, and drives resolution of program risks, issues, and dependencies, including data quality, environment readiness, infrastructure, security, governance, and competing engineering priorities.
  • Coordinates delivery activities across software development, cybersecurity, architecture, privacy, data governance, AI governance, change management, and release management functions.
  • Drives release and production readiness across teams, including testing, deployment planning, adoption activities, support readiness, and post‑implementation reviews.
Jira, Delivery Excellence & Communication
  • Uses Jira as the primary system of record for program execution, maintaining visibility into work, dependencies, releases, delivery progress, and program health.
  • Establishes delivery standards for backlog management, estimation, ownership, status reporting, dependency tracking, and release planning.
  • Produces clear communications and reporting for technical teams and senior leaders, including status updates, dashboards, roadmaps, risk summaries, and recommendations.
