In addition, the role requires the ability to parse through and audit Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for accuracy and ensure the spend complies with approved guidelines and policies. We are also looking for an individual with the ability to identify risks and issues to drive financial operational governance, specifically related to budgets, including budget and cost management and budget tracking.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Technical Program management expertise

• Strategic project leadership: plan, execute, and deliver complex projects.
• Financial oversight: audit, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
• Process optimization: streamline workflows, improve quality, and leverage best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, spearheading initiatives to streamline software development workflows.
• Own without authority - guide teams in adhering to established processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, deliver on outcomes through influence

• 5+ years of experience in a technical program management role

• Effectively coordinate with team members in different time zones.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education preferred.
