We are hiring a Sr Technical Maintenance Manager at our facility in Pasadena, TX. In this role, you will be a strategic leader overseeing maintenance functions, ensuring safety of people and food is a top priority!

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work and equipment are performed safely, with proper PPE and safety training in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with FSQ and production teams to maintain sanitary conditions and compliance with USDA and SQF regulations.
• Lead and manage maintenance activities and improvement projects supporting plant operations.
• Supervise continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, focusing on preventive maintenance and asset utilization.
• Lead, direct, and support managers and supervisors in daily operations.
• Collaborate with production on facility and equipment issues.
• Coordinate with reliability, CI, and engineering teams on capital projects to improve efficiency and present proposals to senior management.
• Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective solutions within budget.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and technicians to foster talent.
• Monitor facility performance using reports, data, and manufacturing systems.
• Drive root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in food manufacturing leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ownership mentality with proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.
• Flexibility and hands-on leadership across shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $104,625 - $174,375 annually, with a potential 20% incentive bonus based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package supporting health, retirement, time off, and wellbeing.
