Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Sr Technical Lead-App Development with SRE leadership and AI experience. The role requires deep Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS proficiency to drive reliability and scalable enterprise applications.

The candidate should lead CI/CD pipelines, champion observability with tools like New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk, and guide POC initiatives toward enterprise-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with Java web/enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of reliability concepts: automation, scaling, auto recovery, redundancy, availability.
• Experience with App/Infra capacity planning and SLAs/SLOs.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Java frameworks.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/CloudBees) and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with observability tools: New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk.
• Experience with PCF - App-Pilot & Presto.
• Ability to run POCs and scale them to enterprise level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and Gen AI tools.

JOB TITLE: SRE Leader with AI Experience

REQUIREMENT

• 10 + years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects
• Good Understanding of Runtime Support and Application Development lifecycle
• Good understanding about the Concepts / Design for reliability (i.e. Automation, Scaling, Auto Recovery, Redundancy, Availability)
• Should have a good understanding of App/Infra capacity planning, SLA/SLOs
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, sprint boot, microservices and Java Frameworks
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing platforms, AWS Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferred Cloudbees / Jenkins)
• Excellent understanding on APM/ observability tools like NewRelic/ Datadoc/ Dynatrace, Splunk etc.
• Hands on with PCF - App-Pilot & Presto
• Should have skills to doing POCs and reflect POC to enterprise scale
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of AI technologies
