Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Sr Technical Lead-App Development with SRE leadership and AI experience. The role requires deep Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS proficiency to drive reliability and scalable enterprise applications.

The candidate should lead CI/CD pipelines, champion observability with tools like New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk, and guide POC initiatives toward enterprise-grade deployments.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with Java web/enterprise projects.
Strong understanding of reliability concepts: automation, scaling, auto recovery, redundancy, availability.
Experience with App/Infra capacity planning and SLAs/SLOs.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Java frameworks.
Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/CloudBees) and AWS cloud platforms.
Familiarity with observability tools: New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk.
Experience with PCF - App-Pilot & Presto.
Ability to run POCs and scale them to enterprise level.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of AI technologies and Gen AI tools.
