Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead critical IT initiatives in a government/state environment. You will drive data lake and data lakehouse programs, coordinating with CIO-level sponsors and ensuring rigorous, metric-driven delivery.

Responsibilities include hands-on data integration work with Databricks and mainframe ecosystems, plus governance and risk management, while maintaining executive-level status reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in Technical Project Management in IT.
• 4+ years leading large or complex IT initiatives.
• Data Lake and Data Lakehouse projects as primary responsibility.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Mainframe data integration, and Virtual ODS implementations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information systems security.
• Experience delivering projects within a State or Government environment.
• Expertise running highly structured, metric-driven projects (not Agile-focused).
