Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a senior data engineer to design and optimize ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory. You will build metadata-driven Lakehouse architectures and orchestration layers to support cross-agent querying and multiple consumption patterns.

You will enable interactive data consumption with Power BI and AI tools while ensuring data quality, lineage and governance across ingestion and transformation processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience with a focus on Microsoft Azure Data stack and Fabric technologies.
• Proven ability to build metadata driven architectures and reusable components.
• Strong executive written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark/Scala.
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML, CSV, Parquet).
• Familiarity with agent-based architectures and conversational AI integration is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling, governance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance and cost across storage and compute layers.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Microsoft Azure Data stack and Fabric technologies.

Strong expertise in:

• Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
