Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Austin seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead large IT initiatives, with a focus on Data Lake/Data Lakehouse projects, governance, and security.

You will coordinate with CIOs and sponsors, report status at executive levels, and drive highly structured, metric-driven programs within government-related environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management.
• 4+ years leading large or complex IT initiatives.
• Experience managing Data Lake and Data Lakehouse projects as primary responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Mainframe data integration, and Virtual ODS implementations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information systems security.
• Experience delivering projects within a State or Government environment.
• Expertise running highly structured, metric-driven projects (not Agile-focused).
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to present executive-level status reports to CIOs, sponsors, and senior stakeholders.
