Ladders seeks a Sr Technical Consultant, Integrations - HCM to guide enterprise integration efforts across cloud-based HCM and related business apps. This is a remote US-based role focused on shaping strategy, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving delivery from discovery through go-live.

You will own workstreams, manage risks, mentor other consultants, and apply AI to improve efficiency and quality in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integrations for ERP, HCM, Financials, payroll, or related cloud apps.
• 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or professional services experience.
• Proven leadership of integration workstreams from discovery to go-live.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, XML or JSON, and integration security.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET, or SQL.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including LLM integration.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Technical Consultant, Integrations - HCM to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role will focus on guiding enterprise integration efforts across cloud-based HCM and related business applications. The consultant will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to shape integration strategy, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive successful delivery from discovery through go-live. In this position, you will own key workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will also mentor other consultants, promote delivery standards, and apply approved AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $122,800 – $184,200 annually

• Understanding of AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design.
