The successful candidate will ensure high productivity and quality standards, provide training to staff, and utilize Lean principles to enhance performance. Candidates should have 8+ years in manufacturing and prior leadership experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Sr. Team Leader for our Sphericals Value Stream to join our team in Bloomfield, CT. The Sr. Team Leader will supervise all operations as part of the process for the assembly of products in the assigned cell. Ensures that all Value Stream production meets customer requirements of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications:
Education:
BS Degree in Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related experience.
Experience:
8+ years manufacturing experience.
3+ years of demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader.
