This role is working on the Apptio TargetProcess product, developing a platform to support companies worldwide in managing their work and processes. The product lifecycle includes:
- Presales: product demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiation, solution design, webinars, conferences, partner collaborations
- Implementation: process mapping, solution design, implementation, proof-of-concept support
- Training: train-the-trainers, workshops, end-user rollout preparation, Q&A sessions
- Customer Success: support, health checks, new solutions implementation
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of business processes and agile frameworks to help customers refine work models
- Design and configure Targetprocess solutions based on company needs
- Use communication and coaching skills to familiarize users with the tool
- Collaborate with pre-sales, training, support, and development teams
- Ensure solutions are correctly structured, implemented, and deployed
- Act as the primary contact during implementation initiation
- Understand customer needs and goals deeply
- Customize TargetProcess solutions accordingly, including installation, creating views, reports, dashboards, configuring settings, and setting up integrations

Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementations/onboarding
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Technical problem-solving and customer interaction skills
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, DoD, Scrum of Scrums; experience as an agile coach is a plus
- Technical capabilities including platform configuration, basic scripting, data models, possibly development or testing experience
- Strong presentation and coaching skills, implementation experience preferred
- Troubleshooting skills for complex process issues
- Ability to multitask effectively
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience with data dictionaries, analysis, relational databases
- Proficiency with large data sets, data issues resolution
- Technical design via mockups, programming skills (Java/JSON, HTML, SQL)
- Experience with Jira/ADO, reporting tools like Tableau, SQL/SSRS, KPIs
- Training/certification in SAFe or similar frameworks
