Job summary

Goodwin Living is seeking a dynamic Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles such as CNAs and nurses.

The role partners with the Chief People Officer and HR to craft and execute creative recruitment strategies, building pipelines and representing the organization at job fairs and events. You will interview candidates, screen calls, and manage pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS records and delivering regular leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication/presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service; ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and other clinical positions.
• Develop and implement strategies to create a pipeline of talent in collaboration with the Marketing Department through online platforms.
• Represent Goodwin Living at job fairs and networking events.
• Host in-house job fairs and present to students completing their Goodwin Living clinical rotation.
• Conduct interviews, screening calls, and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Stay informed on healthcare recruiting trends, provider workforce challenges, and industry best practices.

About The Position

Goodwin Living (GL) seeks a dynamic and creative leader to serve as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position works closely with the Chief People Officer, as well as each hiring manager and the HR team to develop, implement, and manage creative recruitment strategies.

The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and act operationally; develop and execute on new ideas and collaborate effectively with leadership.
