Saint-Gobain is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to support corporate recruiting across NA manufacturing locations.
You will focus on process optimization, time-to-fill reduction, and building a diverse candidate slate while collaborating with HR partners and hiring teams. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed, and a strong grasp of HR compliance.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will support and execute our Corproate recruiting strategy - with an emphasis on customer centricity and recruitment process optimization. As a critical business partner, this position is instrumental in attracting diverse top talent and supporting the success of our global people strategy in North America.
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will support talent acquisition initiatives with corporate-based roles and multiple manufacturing locations within the assigned group. Key success factors include reducing time-to-fill, mitigating candidate turnover and enhancing current local market bench strength within the assigned region.
The incumbent will work closely with their HR Partner and hiring teams to identify and attract qualified and diverse candidates, screen and schedule candidates for interviews, process pre-employment requirements and track and document key performance indicator metrics to ensure continuous improvement over time.
This position will be expected to combine strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, and related disciplines to serve effectively as a critical resource in the manufacturing recruitment space.
