Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer focused on Microsoft M365 and Entra to manage and advance our virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure to support 24x7 operations.

You will lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, administer VMware and Windows Server environments, and implement automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python while ensuring CIS/SCuBA compliance and robust disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra/M365 including conditional access, CIS/SCuBA, Intune, and hybrid join configurations.
• Extensive VMware administration experience including blade systems and SAN technologies.
• Strong Windows Server administration and patch management expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience with configuration management and change control processes.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools — PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
