The Sr. Systems Engineer (Electronics) functions as a staff level engineer and leads a key role in the architecture development and feature deployment of Rheem's electronic controls. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of Rheem's Water Heating and Air Conditioning solutions, focusing on Water Heating products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define and develop technologies used in Rheem's innovative control solutions. This role has a profound impact on Rheem's product development and innovation.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Montgomery, AL or Roswell, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
