Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 10+ years embedded controls development/testing, 5+ years project management.
• Progressive experience from individual contributor to leadership of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards (IEC 61508, UL standards) and embedded systems lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electronic controls system engineers; drive innovation and enable robust solutions.
• Define system requirements, architecture, verification plans, and traceability across hardware/software.
• Oversee design reviews, test procedures, and manufacturing support; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
