Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical).
• 10+ years of embedded controls development/testing experience.
• 5+ years embedded system engineering project management.
• Experience with electronic controls for Water Heating or HVAC is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in electronic control system development and verification.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of system engineers.
• Define and extend system architecture for controller applications.
• Lead project management for electronic control system development.
• Oversee design reviews, documentation, and closure of action items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and quality.
• Engage with software, hardware, test and product teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Define controller requirements and verification plans.
