In this role, you will support areas within Human Pharma Medicine while working closely with IT team members and stakeholders to deliver and implement technology solutions aligned with our business objectives.

This position offers a base salary typically between $75,000 and $122,000. It may be eligible for a role-specific variable or performance-based bonus and other compensation elements. For an overview of our benefits, please click here.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of existing technology solutions to develop strategies for enhancement or replacement.
• Identify and address gaps in the current software landscape and roadmap, evaluating and integrating innovative solutions to improve functionality and architecture.
• Stay informed of the latest technological advancements and trends in the Human Pharma Medicine space.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units, participating actively in demand management, and ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation of system architecture throughout system life cycles, in accordance with GxP policies where applicable.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master's degree in Computer Science or MIS with at least 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of at least 4 years.
• Moderate knowledge of current technologies with proven deployment experience, focusing on digitization and Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to work well with global colleagues, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
• Moderate knowledge of and experience with life cycle methodologies.
• Provide solutions aligned with global IT architecture.

Eligibility Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
• At least 18 years old.
