Job Title: Sr. System Engineer

Location and Compensation

• Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support for IT systems, including Windows AD, Azure, and Office 365 environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed
• Collaborate with a Managed Service Provider to deliver consistent, high-quality support
• Manage support tickets and documentation, ensuring alignment with SLAs and best practices
• Assist in building out a scalable shared services support model across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Windows, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects and process improvements
• Comfortable with system monitoring, documentation, and end-user training
• Familiarity with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and cloud services like AWS is a plus
