Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Senior Systems Business Architect within the EDT Service Delivery SAP department, you will play a key role in supporting Stryker’s business operations across multiple divisions. You’ll work independently to maintain and enhance SAP ERP solutions, understand evolving business needs, and develop solutions that support those requirements. In this role, you’ll also manage strategic partners, monitor Run KPIs, and ensure solutions remain aligned with business needs and organizational standards. You’ll be responsible for guiding solutions through design, development, enhancements, and deployment while ensuring solution integrity and a smooth implementation across Stryker sites. This hybrid role can be based out of our Kalamazoo, MI or Mahwah, NJ offices.

What you will do

• Design solutions across process, data, and technology that meet business requirements, standards, and cost/delivery objectives.
• Partner with third-party logistics providers to implement and deploy high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify, manage, and resolve system issues, errors, and exceptions.
• Proactively monitor solutions during hypercare, working with stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution and minimize business impact.
• Build strong partnerships across commercial, distribution, trade compliance, transportation, finance, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality functions.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, SOX, validation, change control, PMO, and documentation standards.
• Develop operational reports and system documentation to validate system flows, manage exceptions, and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Support distribution network transformation and ERP technology consolidation, while resolving issues that could impact customers or financial reconciliation.

What you need

Required: Bachelor's Degree required (in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred) Minimum 8 years of SAP EWM, TM, PP/LE, IM, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones

Preferred: SAP GTS experience Cross-functional expertise across SAP modules including Sales & Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Purchasing Experience in SAP Interfaces and EDI United States of America

Pay Ranges: USN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual US20: $141,600 - $236,000 USD Annual

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
