The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst – Healthy Planet serves as the primary technical partner focused on Value based care and Care Coordination. This position plays a key role in understanding operational needs, documenting design requirements, and implementing end user solutions. Partners with other IS application teams to advise on Compass Rose and Quality related workflows. Defines requirements, engages with other teams, completes build and provides testing support. The Senior Analyst provides advanced analysis, workflow design, system configuration, troubleshooting, project leadership, and serves as Tier 2/3 support for issues identified. Duties include participating in Epic upgrades, leading testing cycles, developing documentation, and optimizing Patient Access related workflows to enhance accuracy, productivity, and data integrity.
