Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will drive the delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise financial systems, focusing on the Oracle Fusion Cloud transition from Oracle E-Business Suite and shaping the future-state ERP environment.

You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into system designs, and support implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of systems analysis supporting enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or cloud migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical system designs and process improvements.
• Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Support implementation efforts and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Drive Enterprise ERP transition projects from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and optimize post-implementation operations.

Job Description

The Senior Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams by driving the successful delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise financial systems. This position plays a critical role in the organization's transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud and will help shape the future-state ERP environment.

The individual in this role will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for system optimization, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Senior Systems Analyst gathers requirements, facilitates solution design, supports implementation efforts, and ensures successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science,


• Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Master’s degree preferred.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis supporting enterprise


• applications.


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or cloud
