Job summary

SV Tech Systems is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for a 6+ month engagement in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing information from various sources, reconciling conflicts, and translating needs into detailed requirements.

You will drive and challenge business units on their execution plans and collaborate with developers and SMEs on technical vision and tradeoffs. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and deliver artifacts such as Functional requirements, BRD, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to establish technical vision and tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Utilize enterprise requirements management systems and methodologies.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives independently and under PM guidance.
• Strong analytical and product management skills to translate business needs into requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse groups.

Job Description

Title : Sr. Systems Analyst

Duration : 6+ Months

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

Qualifications

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: i. (Functional requirements), ii. (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Utilize enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies as required.
• Able to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Able to work independently with users to define concepts, as well as under direction of project managers
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
