  5. Analyze historical shipment and consumption data to refine product segmentation strategies.
  6. Manage safety stock and inventory targets across regions and plants.
  7. Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, regulatory, and facilities teams to develop buffer strategies considering regulatory constraints.
  8. Understand capacity models, including lines, shifts, efficiencies, and lead times.
  9. Create capacity and constrained build plans through cross-functional collaboration.
  10. Conduct scenario planning for various demand and supply scenarios, analyzing options and impacts.
  11. Represent product families with relevant data and charts in SIOP meetings.
  12. Develop load plans to support manufacturing and supply chain execution.
  13. Monitor performance versus plans and forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  14. Participate in additional planning activities such as long-range planning and excess reduction.
  15. Drive improvements in KPIs like forecast accuracy, fill rate, backorder reduction, and inventory attainment through root cause analysis.
  16. Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  17. Troubleshoot and resolve MPS/MRP issues related to demand propagation.
  18. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
  19. Work location: Sunnyvale, US.
