The Product Consultant of Data, Analytics and AI, contributes toward the development of product strategy, vision and roadmaps that align with the architecture and technology direction of the business unit, consistent with enterprise priorities, as agreed with product-line management.

This role oversees the respective industry trends, product research activities, and works closely with key stakeholders and product-line-specific product managers to understand and interpret the business objectives to inform the Data and AI Product roadmaps.
POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Consultant to lead and transform our data and analytics strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, AI technology, and business transformation, with a focus on enabling insights and innovation through a unified data approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a Modernized Data Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable, high-quality data strategy that continuously enhances business value.
  • Balanced Data Governance: Create a balanced approach to data strategy that protects and governs enterprise data while enabling insights and innovation.
  • Unification of Data Systems: Participate in the unification of data systems and cultures, fostering collaboration and ensuring data is seen as a strategic asset.
  • Leadership Across People, Processes, and Platforms: Lead data strategy initiatives across stakeholders, align business needs, build a culture of responsible data governance, and ensure collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Promote Strong Data Governance: Work across technology teams to promote strong data governance frameworks, efficient workflows, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Support tech stack integration and improved data integration for future acquisitions.
  • Strategy Development and Change Management: Lead strategy development and oversee change management activities to ensure successful business transformation.
  • SaaS Products and AI Enhancements: Develop data strategy for SaaS products enablement and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Drive the development and management of product strategy, vision, and roadmaps that align with the architecture and technology direction of the business unit, consistent with enterprise priorities.
  • Customer Research and Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist in conducting customer research and work with key stakeholders across business and technology to develop and convey product vision. Collaborate with product teams to deliver and sustain the end-to-end customer experience.
  • pay grade 16 range 103,589.24-170,922.2437 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience of operational, project management and/or consulting with health care preferred clients demonstrating proficiency and expertise in managing progressively complex projects. Experience interfacing with executive leadership preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate meetings between diverse groups and interests and prepare communications that includes independent advisory recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing customer requirements and developing information systems solutions typically acquired through three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in a particular product line or technology solution.
  • Proven ability to apply appropriate product management methodology, data strategy, and business transformation. Excellent project leadership, organization, integration, and execution skills required.
  • Knowledge of and experience with change control, risk management, project planning, team management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives across diverse teams. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams, from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success in lean and agile delivery organizations. Ability to manage multiple and ever-changing priorities in a highly autonomous self-directed manner.
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical leaders and business owners providing a clear understanding of appropriate technology solutions to support and enhance business needs.
  • Some knowledge of and experience with clinical application systems (i.e., hospital work environment, technical terminology, etc.).
  • Considerable knowledge of multiple technologies and experience with enterprise-wide applications and systems in an integrated work environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This position operates in a typical office environment. The area is well lit, temperature-controlled and free from hazards. Incumbent communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone, with people in a number of different locations on technical issues. Manual dexterity is needed in order to operate a keyboard. Hearing is needed for extensive telephone and in person communications. The environment in which the incumbent will work requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same period and adapt to interruptions. The incumbent must be capable of traveling in the course of completing project assignments. Frequent over time is required to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to set and organize own work priorities, and adapt to them as they change frequently.
  • Must be able to travel to the various Trinity Health sites as needed (may not apply, and/or may not be frequent).
