We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and finished goods. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and accurate supply and distribution to meet internal and external customer needs.
About the job:
Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality goods and services.
Manage inventory to meet targets, prevent shortages, and ensure accurate stock records and proper storage.
Coordinate with PEZA, Customs, suppliers, and other external partners.
Ensure compliance with quality (QMS) and environmental (EMS) standards, government regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
Lead and develop the supply chain team by setting goals, providing coaching, and driving performance.
Build and maintain a strong supply chain structure aligned with company's strategy.
Optimize purchasing, vendor management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Participate in key decision-making committees like MRB and PCRB.
Handle vendor concerns and resolve supplier issues effectively.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to track performance and implement improvement measures.
Ensure department adherence to corporate policies, ISO standards, and business ethics.
About you:
10+ years of relevant experience in a Senior Supply Chain or Logistics leadership role.
Proven expertise in project management and core supply chain functions, including inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams toward performance goals.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PEZA, Customs regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS 16949) is an advantage.
