What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze key data to identify options for managing and developing the overall network and strategy
- Support analysis on demand, capability, and cost to enhance supply chain performance
- Develop compelling business cases for projects based on analytics, including cost/time/resources analysis
- Facilitate the development of functional business and operation plans for network strategy
- Collect, format, cleanse, and analyze internal or external data to support decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, SQL, and VBA for data management and analysis
- Experience with AIMs modeling software or equivalent Supply Chain modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statistical and data-mining tools (Minitab, SQL Server, etc.)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of various Supply Chain systems, network modeling, simulation, ERP, WMS, and routing software
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments within effective timelines
- High attention to detail and capability to work in a fast-paced global team environment
