As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will work with a team of supplier quality engineers to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. You will be accountable for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain.
This is a remote role and candidates can be located in Indiana, Michigan or Ohio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing your day-to-day activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be accountable for conducting supplier audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues.
The position requires breadth of technical experience across multiple programs and products, both electrical and mechanical, working directly with suppliers daily, influencing / working closely with the sourcing commodity leadership teams, Quality and NPD. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $93k-$117k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 93k-117k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
