RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit in Melbourne, FL is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for a second shift (3:00PM–1:00AM). You will coordinate staff, drive safety, quality, and production improvements, and lead daily operations to meet customer schedules.

The role requires a university degree and 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with ERP/SAP exposure and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experienceorin absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
