This position is on a 12-hour rotation, Day shift on a 2, 2, 3 schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Manufacturing Associates, including coaching, leading, and developing staff.
• Perform manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP, ensuring proper training and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, communicating changes effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, materials management, and engineering.
• Review and approve batch documents, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Train staff on processes, safety, and GMP requirements, and review safety records.
• Oversee validation activities and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Draft and revise batch records and SOPs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or
• Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience, or
• High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in biologics manufacturing and leadership skills are required.
